Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days before shipping!
What happens if my bottle arrives damaged?
If your bottle arrives damaged please contact us at service@sunolope.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. We will issue a full refund!
Can I cancel or change my order?
All sales are final. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase!
What is the $1 donation?
For every bottle sold $1 goes directly toward clean water access for those who need it most. Your purchase does more than you think. We're also working on increasing the donation amount in the future and the price of The Bottle will never increase because of it. That's our promise.

Is the bottle dishwasher safe?
We recommend hand washing to maintain the quality and finish of your bottle. Use warm soapy water and a bottle brush for best results!
How long does it keep drinks cold?
The Bottle keeps drinks cold for up to 24 hours thanks to its double wall vacuum insulation. Perfect for beach days, gym sessions and everything in between!
How long does it keep drinks hot?
The Bottle keeps drinks hot for up to 12 hours. Your morning coffee stays warm all day!
Is the lid leak proof?
Yes! The Bottle features a secure leak proof lid so you can toss it in your bag without worry.
Does it come with a straw?
Yes! The Bottle comes with a straw lid and a removable straw for easy sipping on the go. Easy to clean and replace!

Is it BPA free?
Yes! The Bottle is made from food grade stainless steel and is completely BPA free.
Are slope™ bottles safe?
Yes! Our bottles are RoHS, REACH and EC 1935/2004 certified. They are free from harmful substances and completely safe for daily use.
What colors are available?
The Bottle comes in 7 colors! Black, Cream White, Navy Blue, Sky Blue, Pink, Purple and Grey. Something for everyone!
Can I put carbonated drinks in it?
The Bottle can handle carbonated drinks! The straw lid features a small pressure release so you can enjoy your sparkling water or fizzy drinks safely. Just open the straw slowly to release pressure before sipping!
