Return and Refund Policy:
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
However we accept refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:
The item arrived damaged or defective.
The item never arrived within 60 days from order date.
The item is significantly different from the description.If any of these apply please email us at service@sunolope.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. Photos are required for damaged or incorrect claims. We will review your request within 72 hours.
In most cases you will not need to return the item as we do not request returns for damaged or incorrect products.
We do not accept refunds for:
Buyer's remorse or change of mind.
Orders with incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Item not meeting personal expectations.
Wrong color selected by the customer.Approved Claims:
If your claim is approved we will issue a replacement bottle or refund to your original payment method depending on the situation!
